Attorney Jennifer P. Heald

She is admitted to practice in several courts, including the Commonwealth of Massachusetts – Supreme Judicial Court since 2003, the United States District Court – District of Massachusetts since 2013, and the State of New Jersey – The Supreme Court from 2000 to 2016.

Jennifer actively participates in numerous professional associations and affiliations, including the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys – Massachusetts Chapter, Bristol County Estate Planning Council (where she served as Past President), Westport Business to Business (where she held the position of Past Treasurer), Bristol County Bar Association, Fall River Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association, and GLAAD, where she is a member of the Attorney Referral Service. She is also involved with the Southeastern Massachusetts Alzheimer’s Partnership.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Jennifer is dedicated to pro bono work. She provides free consultations for seniors through the Westport Council on Aging, contributing her legal expertise to assist those in need.

During my leisure time, I enjoy the outdoors, bicycling the back roads of Westport, hiking throughout New England and swimming at Cherry and Webb Beach. I also spend time exploring the towns on the Cape and photographing all my adventures.
